CANCELLATION POLICY

•I charge a 35% cancellation fee for any no-shows/cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. •Every client has a 10 minute grace period. If past the 10 minute point from start of appointment, appointment will be rescheduled. •Deposits are non-refundable. •Appointments may only be rescheduled once. •Excessive rescheduling may result in booking restrictions.
